The Navidad Valley CattleWomen are excited to be offering their second annual Collegiate Scholarships.
Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Lavaca, Fayette, or Colorado County or equivalent thereof. Additionally, they must be a junior, senior, or graduate student in a Texas college or university. The winning applicants will be paid a one-time award of $1000 to be used for tuition or other education-related expenses. The scholarship must be accepted in the year that it is won.
Applications must be postmarked no later than January 15, 2025, and sent to Navidad Valley CattleWomen (P.O. Box 221, Schulenburg, TX 78956).

The Navidad Valley CattleWomen, a local chapter of the Texas Cattlewomen, is a non-profit organization that supports and promotes the beef industry. The Navidad Valley local works to support local youth with scholarships and provide quality information on the industry and how to incorporate beef into a healthy diet. Additionally, they work to support the community with targeted outreach projects that include a beefy twist.
