About Our Organization
The Navidad Valley CattleWomen, a local chapter of the Texas Cattlewomen, is a non-profit organization that supports and promotes the beef industry.
The Navidad Valley local works to support local youth with scholarships and provide quality information on the industry and how to incorporate beef into a healthy diet. Additionally, they work to support the community with targeted outreach projects that include a beefy twist.
Our Members
Membership shall be open to any person who may be interested in the welfare and promotion of the BEEF INDUSTRY.
Our Mission
NVCW understands the need for women in the Cattle Business to help promote, advance and keep this industry moving forward in order for future generations to enjoy this way of life and learn the very valuable life lessons the ranching lifestyle provides.
Our Reach
Our members are involved in the beef industry in a wide variety of ways. Some members are active producers (large & small!), some members are retired from the actual production of beef, some have been involved in the industry but don’t actually raise cattle, and some simply love the rural way of life and support agriculture and all that means to our nation’s economy.
